We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached, along with proof of purchase. To start a return, email haideraproo@gmail.com. If your request is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Some items, including personalized products, perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards, are not eligible for returns. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
